My Story

“Gezellig”, in Dutch, means cozy, warm, relaxing, friendly, and comfortable. Providing this is the ultimate goal of my culinary endeavors.

I was lucky to know that I wanted to be a Chef from early childhood and traveled to the Netherlands on occasion, where my “Oma” (grandma) saw that I loved being in her kitchen and helping. She had a large vegetable garden and cooked often with the beautiful fruits and vegetables she grew. This was the beginning of my culinary journey.

After nearly 40 years of cooking in esteemed restaurants and establishments, I am honored to continue sharing my passion for excellent hospitality and delicious, seamlessly executed cuisine.
